Will it fit my dog?

Can I use it for cats too?

Yes. The smaller sizes can also be used for cats, as long as you choose the correct fit and your pet is comfortable inside.

How long does drying take?

Drying time depends on your pet’s size, coat length and your dryer. As a general reference, the supplier indicates approximately 8–15 minutes for S, 10–15 minutes for M, 12–20 minutes for L and 20–35 minutes for XL.

Will my pet get too hot inside?

Use a low airflow at first and a moderate temperature. Avoid starting at maximum heat, always supervise your pet and stop if they appear uncomfortable.

Do I need to towel-dry my pet first?

For better drying efficiency, we recommend removing as much excess water as possible with a towel before using the drying bag.

What if my dog doesn’t like hair dryers?

The airflow is distributed through the bag instead of being directed at one spot on the coat. However, your hair dryer will still make noise, so introduce the product gradually if your pet is sensitive to sound.

Can my pet sit or rest while using it?

Can I use warm and cool air?
